EcoForest Adventure Park’s newest attraction! Airsoft is a competitive team shooting sport in which a person uses replica air weapons to fire plastic pellets. Airsoft at EcoForest Adventure Park offers a unique opportunity to use the Amazonian forest as the backdrop to test your shooting skills while pushing your adrenaline to the limits as you run from obstacle to obstacle. Archery
The EcoForest archery range is an experience that the whole family can enjoy. Regardless of your skill level, the EcoForest archery range has targets that will meet your experience level. If this happens to be your first time shooting a bow and arrow, the EcoForest archery range has trained staff that can provide lessons to help guests get started. The EcoForest archery range is in a sheltered area and has several targets for guests to practice with.
Camping
The EcoForest Adventure Park offers bungalow camping right in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest. This one of a kind adventure is like no other bungalow camping experience. The EcoForest Adventure Park offers two-person bungalows. If guests prefer to be more one on one with nature, the EcoForest Adventure Park also offers tent camping as well.
The EcoForest Adventure Park has bathroom and shower amenities for their guests use.
EcoForest Adventure also offers overnight excursions outside of the park. Guests taking part in excursions outside of the park will be supplied with the necessities for camping. Out of park amenities may be limited depending on the camping location.
Canoeing
Grab a life jacket and go for a relaxing canoe ride on EcoForest Adventure Park’s private lake. Set against the backdrop of the Amazon rainforest and surrounded by beautiful trees and lush greenery, the lake is one of the park’s key features that offers wonderful opportunities to find your inner peace with the sounds of the calm waters brushing the side of your canoe. If you are new to canoeing, it is not a problem! Your adventure guide will be there every step of the way to show you all the features required to successfully row your canoe across the beautiful lake. Hiking
EcoForest Adventure offers hiking opportunities both in and outside of the EcoForest Adventure Park. The hiking trail adventure in EcoForest Adventure Park leads you through the lush rainforest and across the suspension bridge that spans EcoForest Adventure Park’s central lake. As the Adventure Park’s forest is of national treasure, the EcoForest team frequently adjusts the trails to allow for regrowth of the forest. Many of the packages that EcoForest offers also include hiking opportunities that take you deeper into the wild rainforest. All hikes are led by a bilingual guide (English and Portuguese). EcoForest Adventure guides are forest experts, and they will introduce you to the amazing flora and fauna of the Amazon Rainforest.
Kayaking
Join EcoForest Adventure in a kayak while paddling up the beautiful Urubu River. Travelling by kayak is the absolute best way to experience the Amazonian wilderness, as it gives EcoForest Adventurers an intimate look at the unspoiled beauty of the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. Our kayak adventures include all necessary safety equipment and supplies to ensure that you have a safe and exciting adventure. Kayaking with EcoForest also provides adventures with plenty of opportunities to disembark and explore areas of the rainforest that would otherwise be inaccessible, so you are sure to have an unmatched experience.
Swimming
There is no better way to cool off from a long day of adventure than a dip in a cool forest pool, or the warm waters of the EcoForest Adventure lake. Rivers, streams, and lakes abound in the Amazon rainforest, which makes swimming a popular pastime for locals and tourists alike. The lake in the EcoForest Adventure Park is fed by forest tributaries of the Amazon River, so the water is always fresh and inviting. In addition to swimming opportuntities in the EcoForest Adventure Park, EcoForest Adventure also offers guests the opportunity to swim with the peaceful pink river dolphins in the Rio Negro of Manaus. These beautiful and friendly creatures are one of the Amazon River’s greatest treasures, and are a highlight of our Amazon River Day Tour.
Tree Climbing
Tree climbing is one of EcoForest Adventure’s most popular attractions and one of the most unique opportunities around the world! Our most popular climb takes you to the top of a 30 meter (100 feet) tall Jatobá tree (Hymenaea courbaril) in the EcoForest Adventure Park that offers spectacular views of the entire park. EcoForest Adventure Park follows strict safety protocols and will have guides to offer assistance and security the entire way. From the top of the Jatobá tree you get an amazing view of the surrounding Amazonian rainforest, that will offer some of the most beautiful views imaginable. Be sure to bring your camera and capture some of the most glorious sights of the Amazon.
Waterfall Rappelling
Waterfall Rappelling is an exhilarating adventure that allows you to experience the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest from the center of a tropical waterfall! Waterfall rappelling with EcoForest Adventure provides guests with the once in a lifetime opportunity to rappel down the face of the Salto do Ipy waterfall, located just outside of Presidente Figueiredo. The pristine Salto do Ipy waterfall is located about one hour into the lush Amazon jungle, allowing you to venture deep into the beautiful green forest. Our expert guides have been trained in safety procedures, and will provide you with instructions on how to safely rappel prior to departure. Photos are highly encouraged, though you may want to bring a waterproof case for your phone, because you will get wet!
Zipline
EcoForest Adventure Park has a 150 meter (492 feet) zipline that will zoom you through the park and down into the refreshing waters of the EcoForest lake. Imagine the cool breeze in your hair and the glistening shine of the water beneath your feet as you zip on by. Surrounded by the beautiful Amazonian forest, this zipline is sure to be unforgettable. Be sure not to close your eyes for this exciting ride that you are sure to remember!
